立地・サービス・設備・朝食、全て満足度高いです。 コンビニ直結なのも嬉しいです。 大浴場も利用できる時間帯が自由で良いですが、お湯に浮いたゴミが気になって・・すいている時間帯でも朝風呂に浸かれなかったことが唯一残念。 かけ流し温泉旅館ではないので当然なのかも。同じように期待してはダメです。

何より天然温泉♨️の泉質が最高でした！ 化粧水につかっているかのようなトロっとしたお湯で、駅前でこんないいお湯が出るんだと驚きでした。湯上がりのアイス🍧無料サービスも素晴らしいです。 2泊3日の旅行で2日目は違うホテルにしましたが、こちらに連泊すれば良かったと後悔しております。😊 また是非利用したいです！

全体的には、よかったですがー。チェックイン時のスタッフの説明一切なし！鍵を渡されただけでした。今まで色々なとこ宿泊してますがエレベーターとかお風呂とか何かしら説明があってもよかった。冷蔵庫に水があるのも知らなかった。チェックアウトするに気がつきましたが！なんと凍ってる。部屋にタオルがバスタオルと小さいタオルしかなかった。お風呂で使うからどうなのかと思ったが節約かと思いました。朝風呂の時フロントで聞いたらフェイスタオルもあるみたい。部屋にティシュペーパーがなかった。これも節約かな。

朝食は楽しみにしていた通り、充実していて、良かったです。 温泉も手足を伸ばせて、ゆっくり出来ました。 ただし、外人旅行客がシップ貼ったまま、湯船に入っていたので、入浴マナー等を書面でお知らせしてはどうかな？と、思いました。 あと、入浴するには、その日の？数字を入力しなければならないのですが、忘れちゃって、また部屋に戻りました。 やはり、同じような人が居て、私が入った瞬間にバッ！と入って来ました。 これ〜、意味なくないですか？ カードをかざしたら入れるとかに変更できませんかね？

9階の温泉は大浴場、露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂があって入り放題、1日の疲れが癒されます。アイスも無料でついてます。朝食バイキングも充実してますよ。部屋も凄く綺麗で清潔です。外人さんも勇気を出して大浴場にいきましょう。私は、また宿泊する予定です。

過去一年に当所を２回利用し、今回が３回目、他のドーミーイン自体も１５年以上前から、時々利用しているが、今回初めての経験として、ベッドの老朽化によると想われるスプリングの「ヘタリ」が酷く、腰を痛めてしまった。 フロントデスクに苦情を伝えたが、聴く耳もたず感が強く諦めた これでは怖くて泊まれない 立地も良いながら、プレミアムを冠して勘違いが手を付けられない 非常に残念である

京都のドーミーインは両方利用させてもらいました。 両方とても良かったですが、こちらは落ち着いていて、お風呂ももう一つの方より狭いですが、綺麗でちょうど良い広さでした。 内風呂のお湯がこれまで行った温泉の中で1番ぬるぬるしていて楽しめました。 朝ごはんは悪くはないですが、お蕎麦はのびていたり、特別良かったと言う感じはしませんでした。海鮮丼は美味しかったです。 場所も最高なので、 総じて、また京都に来たら利用したいと思います！

自動ドアが開いた瞬間からスタッフの視線が届き「御用はありますか？」と迎えてくれる。 自動チェックイン機があるからと放っておかれる感じがなく非常に好印象。 夜食、朝食のサービスも必要以上の干渉なく緩急ついててよし。 部屋は清掃も行き届いていて仕切が一層の安心感を提供。 温泉は当該地では珍しいらしく、優しい湯種で肌のコンディションも良好。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれるのも、駅近の好立地では何よりのアドバンテージ。 予算が許せばまた泊まりたい良宿です。

スタッフは、どのような質問にも笑顔で、積極的に答えてくれました。 お風呂は絶えず綺麗にしているようで、 時間制限がなく、ほぼ滞在中いつでも使えるのが、良かったです。 氷のディスペンサーが置いてないのが残念でした。 アメニティは充実しています。 清潔に消毒されているスリッパが気持ちよかったです。
