A truly exceptional and unique hotel experience in the heart of Higashiyama. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special place to stay while in Kyoto. A worthwhile destination in its own right, and absolutely wonderful hospitality and service.

If you can afford to splurge, this place is a treasure. Service like I’ve never experienced, and beautiful rooms and a great location. The restaurants are fancy French, also extremely good, but we didn’t dine in. This place is world-class.😊

お部屋は清潔で広々としていて、とても安心してリラックスした時間を過ごせる環境でした。楽しみにしていた朝食も想像を上回る素晴らしさで、サラダの野菜の一つ一つのお味からオムレツまで全てを楽しませていただきました。滞在から食事のサービスに至るまでスタッフの心遣いが嬉しく、次回は違う季節にもう少し長く滞在したいと思いました。
