I was blown away by the wonderful service the staff provided from the moment we pulled up to the hotel in a taxi. Hotel Nikko Princess was such a lovely hotel. We stayed in a triple premiere room which had an amazing mountain view with Kiyomizu Temple, Ryozen Kannon, and more in distance.
Our room was very clean, super spacious (we were able to have 5 suitcases open at the same time with room to spare!), AC worked well, great shower pressure, and lots of amenities including facial sheet mask.
Our plan included the breakfast buffet, which was delicious. We also dined at the hotel since they offered a specially priced course for hotel guests, which was much appreciated as we were too tired to go out. The service and food were fantastic.
I highly recommend Hotel Nikko Princess for the service, quality, and the convenient location.
This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our two week trip. The rooms were larger and the amenities were better. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the front desk staff were helpful and spoke English well. The location was perfect with plenty of things to do near by, restaurants and the train stations. I would stay here again. I had 4 rooms since I was traveling with three adult children.
nice rooms. seemed a little larger then typical japanese rooms! staff was wonderful and helpful. it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, a large mall and markets, and the subway.
It’s our favourite hotel in Kyoto. It’s full of character and the staff are amazing. We love period hotels and this one just ticks all the boxes for us. The food is top notch too.
Great place to stay. Seemed like a business hotel but extremely accommodating for families and the rooms are very large. The staff was awesome and the hotel is older but very well kept, clean, and very pretty!
