Room was spacious! The separated shower and toilet was a plus for us. It was very convenient! The alleys around the hotel were pretty either at morning or at night. And felt safe to walk anytime of the day or night time. There’s alao a very close seven eleven and family mart. Can’t praise this hotel enough! Highly recommend!

We actually booked for the wrong night, and the lady on reception was so helpful in correcting our booking for no extra charge. Lovely, comfy room and good facilities. A bit tucked away and could be easily missed but close to local amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in Granbell Hotel Hanareya. The rooms were large and attractive. The beds were so soft and comfortable, with lovely bedding. The hotel was really quiet despite being so centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful.

ホテルの場所をタクシーに伝える際、住所では伝わり難いため、ホームページの地図を見せてもなかなかわからない。地図をもっとわかりやすく作り変える必要があります。 風呂の湯船などが黒色のため、掃除がよくされているのかわからない。お湯を溜めると垢のようなものが浮いてきて気持ち悪くて入れなかった。汚れを目立たなくするために黒色を選択するのは誤りだと思います。

정말 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 일단 일본에서 이정도의 룸 사이즈를 가지고 있는 호텔이 많지 않을거라고 생각해요! 온천 서비스도 좋았을것 같은데 이용하지는 않았어요 다만 룸에 욕조가 있어서 거기에서 반신욕을 매일밤 했는데 정말 좋았습니다! 깔끔하고 편해서 다음에 묵어도 여기서 묵을 의사가 있어요! 위치가 가와라마치에서 먼게 흠이라면 흠이었지만 저는 청수사를 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다
