雰囲気よいゲストハウス

ゲストハウス初体験でしたが、女子専用ドミトリーにしてもらったこともあり、コスパを考えるとよかったと思います。 共用部分もまあキレイだと思います。 個室もあるらしく、次回はそっちに泊まりたいです。

Good stay for short term.

Good place to stay just for sleeping if you’re out all day. Close proximity to Nijo Castle however best to take a bike from the hostel starting from 500 yen to travel around as trains and buses do get crowded during peak season. Beds are average and room is nothing particularly special. Bathrooms are clean and common area is nice. Make sure to make your own bed and remove sheets before checking out. Staff are friendly and helpful when required assistance. Overall a good place to stay, location isn’t prime but if travelling around by bike it’s a good one!

街中にあり駅も近く観光にはもってこいの立地条件だった

観光にもってこいの良い宿泊施設だった。 レンタサイクルやレンタバイクもあった見たいで、今度利用するときは是非利用したいと思う。

ほんとうに京都のろうじ（路地）の住宅地の中にあります。門限時間を言われてびっくりしましたが、確かに夜中に出入りしていてはご近所に迷惑になるようなところでした。門限ぎりぎりに戻ったらみなさんはリビングで仲よく飲んだりおしゃべりしたりしておられて、ああ、ここはこういうことを楽しむためのところだったのかと理解しました。翌朝は観光の情報交換などしてから出発しました。一人旅で、知らない人（外国人を含む）と話をすることが楽しめるかたにおすすめします。

部屋も寒く、色々不安になりました

初めてのゲストハウス滞在でした。 初日は4人部屋を1人貸切で、他のお客さんに会う事もなく、さらに夜10時を過ぎると受付もいなくなり、とても心細かったです。この日はオーナーさんには一度もあいませんでした。逆に二日目はオーナーさんも一緒に夜12時を過ぎてもダイニングでどんちゃん騒ぎをしていて、まったく眠れず、ゲストハウスってこんなものなのかな？と思いました。朝早く動く方にはお勧めしません。お客さんの少ない日、多い日に限らずまた、一限さん、リピーターに限らず平等に対応した方が今後の為に良いのではと感じてしまいました。ある意味貴重な体験をしました。

Welcoming guesthouse 10 minutes from Nijo Station

--- Background --- I spent three nights here in the mixed gender dormitory. The guesthouse is about a 10-minute walk from Nijo Station, a 15-minute walk from Nijo Castle, and a 30-minute walk from Kyoto Imperial Palace. The staff at this guesthouse are warm and friendly, and are able to communicate in English. They were happy to provide local knowledge with respect to sightseeing opportunities. --- Amenities --- The ground floor features a shared communal area including kitchen. Guests are welcome to use this area until midnight, after which quiet time is imposed so that other guests may sleep. A number of tourism brochures are available to guests. The bathroom, showers, and toilets are also located on the ground floor. There are two showers, two male urinals, one regular male/female toilet, and three bathroom sinks. All bathroom facilities were very clean, and soap and shampoo were supplied. I think there was an additional upstairs toilet. Towels are available on a rental basis. Free WIFI and internet is available to guests. Bicycles are available for rental. These are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Each bed featured a privacy curtain and electricity outlet. The facilities as a whole are clean, modern, and well-maintained. --- Miscellany --- The owner of this guesthouse offers a Japanese cooking class which instructs participants in cooking traditional Japanese cuisine.

Staff很nice，我很晚才到，職員還幫我找附近的食店。而且旅館裝修很classic日式，我很喜歡！唯一不方便的是這間旅館在小巷裡，很難找到，幸好我到的時候剛好職員在門外。 很想告訴職員我最後還是走不完景點哈哈。

ゲストハウスは初体験でしたが、全体的に清潔だし、静かで快適に過ごせました。ちなみに他の宿泊者の方とお話ししたりするという機会はありませんでした。

素敵な空間。

快適に過ごしました。他の宿泊の方が少なかったせいか、とても静かでした。スタッフの対応が親切、丁寧でとても好意的でした。ただ、初めて行くにはわかり辛いので、明るいうちにホテルの場所を確認した方がいいと思いました。

A kindly Service and convinence position

Guest house Roujiya is close to JR Nijou Station and Kyoto Metro Nijou Station, but sonehow the hotel is not easy to find, but once you know the position of the hotel, you will get convinence traffic service nearby. And still, the people in this guest house also kindly and nice, I think this guest house will be my first choice while I visit Kyoto next time.

This guest house sets the standard: clean, comfortable and well-run. The staff were very helpful and polite. The sleeping areas were clean and comfortable. I slept well each night. It's location, just 5 minutes walk from Nijo station, is perfect for whatever you need or wherever you want to go to in Kyoto. If you're looking for somewhere to base yourself for seeing Kyoto then this is the place for you. If you're looking to get drunk and party then look elsewhere.

Un ryokan / auberge de jeunesse très agréable !

Perdu dans les résidences autour du château de Nijo, l'accueil a été très agréable et sympathique. Le ryokan est très propre, bien construit, les sanitaires étant communs. Nous avions réservé une des deux chambres de ce lieu, elle était assez agréable ! Ne pas hésiter à regarder les indications fournies par les propriétaires sur les lieux à proximité ! ;-) Les propriétaires sont très agréables et peuvent vous donner des conseils sur vos futures visites, les transports ou la nourriture. N'hésitez pas à leur demander ! Il s'agit par contre d'une auberge de jeunesse plus que d'un hôtel, donc passage obligé par la pièce commune pour accéder aux sanitaires ! Attention à ceux qui recherchent un cadre plus intime !

Great place to stay

剛開始的確有點難找，是隱身在小巷弄的民宿。住了幾天一切都滿舒適的，公共空間就像日式家庭一樣，給人溫馨的感覺，客房就跟一般hostel 差不多，值得稱讚的是衛浴設備雖小但非常乾淨，看的出是每天打掃。其中一天民宿主人還辦了章魚燒party,非常有趣。地理位置不管是搭地鐵還是公車都非常方便，很值得推薦的一家

案外、交通至便

77才三泊四日の一人旅ネットで予約。JR二条駅から迷うこともなく到着、古い民家を再生した静かな雰囲気が印象的。館内を難聴な私に筆談で案内してくれたオーナーさん。一歩外に出れば、賑かな三条商店街。広い浴場、手足をのばして一日の疲れを癒せる銭湯。各観光地に向うにも便利でした。別れの朝に戸口で交した笑顔の素敵な娘さんサヨウナラと。再度訪れたい。
