Just a few minutes walk from Nijo-jo Castle, Manga Museum, Imperial Residence, Museum of Kyoto, Kaleidoscope Museum and the shops of Sanjo-dori. Small but comfortable room.
This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. It is a short walk from Nijo Castle.I enjoyed their Japanese style breakfast, simple but delicious.
This is a typical business hotel ,ideal for solo travalers.
Stayed here for about one week .
Asked for a non smoking room . They had one available for an extra charge .
Wasn’t able to sleep as it was right under a compressor . It seems like the hotel knew about the problem .
Asked for the smoking room again and wasn’t refunded as I was told that room was bigger ?
Service in Kyoto in those hotels is going down as there is a big shortage .
Too bad as it is much better in the rest of Japan .
Hotel is located on a decent and quiet neighborhood. Room is small but clean and functioning.Hotel offering Japenese style breakfast. Hotel guests mostly are Japenese. It s front door have buses going to Kyoto Station and Gion. Close to Nijo Castle.
