Plenty of space. Large bedroom, separate area with fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom and personal washer/dryer in the suite. Short walk to many areas of interest and the bus stop to the train station. Staff were always helpful.

The room was nice and clean, but there weren't alot of restaurants close by. Kenninji temple was 2 minutes away, so that was nice.

The property is very easy to find and get around. This is basically a do it yourself type of place with no front desk but it was a great stay, very clean. they have washers on site but no easy way to dry or hang dry your clothes.

Cozy, clean and comfortable for our family. The tatami area was large enough to fit 2 futons if needed. Mini fridge, refrigerator and washer/dryer was a big help during our stay. Convenient location in a charming neighborhood with multiple convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. We were expecting self check in, but were pleasantly surprised when there was a staff member available when we showed up. She was very helpful and checked us in with ease. Self check out was simple, and we used the luggage storage to spend the remaining hours exploring Kyoto luggage free.

Spacious room, it allow you to experience the Futons if you want or sleep on a bed. Walkable to a bunch of temples and shines as well as shopping. The washing machine was a nice touch and allowed us to wash some of the dirty clothes piled up during the trip.
