Best stay in my life!!

Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Feels like a cozy home. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent as well, 5 minute walk to Tofukuji station which will connect you to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this amazing place.

Wifi hardly ever worked during our stay. It was extremely disappointing as we needed wifi access. On the checkout date, the cleaners came in without ringing a door bell first just before 10am check out time.

Check-in was at the hotel property managing the apartment, at Rinn Kyoto Station. The receptionist was very kind in helping us check-in and the taxi to the property was provided free of charge helping us also move our luggae across. We enjoyed the close location to Tokufuji Station, giving us access to most of Kyoto as it leads back to Kyoto Station and branches out from there. The place is clean, spacious enough, with working heaters and comfortable lounging.

Lovely stay!

Traditional housing. Minimalist decor and very comfortable. Kitchen has most anything you need to cook or heat food. Our unit had steep stairs, so if you have any limitations please consider. Also, if you frequent the restroom at night our unit is not recommended. The area was quiet and clean. Googleaps cannot find address of unit so a map marker will be necessary. Overall a lovely stay!!! Friendly service and train access is easy.

Extremely clean. Convenient location to subway station (Tofukuji, which was one stop away from Kyoto Station). Easy check-in and great communication leading up to the stay from the staff. Enough space for myself and four other people. One washroom, separate from shower/tub - both super clean and well equipped with shampoo, body wash, and heated toilet seat/bidet. Walking distance to Fushimi-Inari Shrine and Sanjusangendo Shrine. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fantastiskt fin lägenhet med plats för 5 en station från Kyoto centralstation. Helt nyrenoverad och ren med en utsikt över en mycket liten japansk trädgård från badrummet. Lite svårt att hitta eftersom man måste checka in på ett annat ställe men personalen var trevliga och allt funkade fint.

Beautiful accommodation close to train station.

Japanese style Townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood that has everything you will need during your stay in Kyoto. We were a party of 5 and there was enough room for all of us. We spent most of our days exploring and only the evenings at the house. Staff were friendly and helpful, we arrived 2 hours earlier than checkin and we were able to leave our luggage at reception, they gave us our key and delivered our luggage to our accommodation. Just a note that this accommodation is a 5 minute walk from reception. We stayed for 6 nights, it would be nice to have access to a broom or vacuum cleaner for longer stays.

交通方便，離最近的車站步行5分鐘左右就到了。佈置很日式風格，設備很新，該有都有，像是廚具、小冰箱、洗衣機、吹風機、膠囊咖啡機⋯感覺像住在家裡的感覺。整體上很乾淨，適合3-5人住，由於空間算適中，雖然是獨棟的，但如果人數太多，空間上會顯得擁擠，要是有年紀較長的，可能會不太適合，因為上樓睡的房間需要走樓梯，樓梯是屬於較窄且稍陡的，怕長輩如果腳力或膝蓋不好，可能會很吃力。 住宿外的環境很舒服，是純住宅區，如怕住在吵鬧的環境的話，這裡是個不錯的選擇。 離衹園、鴨川、伏見稻荷神社都很近，搭車很快，散步過去也不算遠，如有想去以下地方，也可以考慮看看。
