It was my third time to stayed here but first time to reserve the South Roof Double. It was very surprised that someone opened the room door at first day. The curtain was very light filtering and easy to wake up in the early morning. The toilet door latch is loosen and already reported. The balcony setting is really good. Hotel staff were extremely fabulous and helpful for my almost lost courier.

Location is great. Just 5 min walk from/to Kyoto station. Washer/dryer is free just bring your own detergent! Or purchase at front desk or the 7/11 convenient store next door.

Great breakfast nice massage chairs I like the washer and dryer set up we need Smart TVs in the rooms so we could stream Netflix and YouTube in English that's the only thing you could do better. you had the best breakfast at a four hotels that I stayed at while I was in Japan.

This hotel is right across Kyoto station, within walking distance. Hotel offers all the basic amenities, like free water, coffee and tea. Breakfast options are nice, with good service. This hotel also offers a free drink at bar everyday. It is a good option for family staying with all the basic amenities. The only cons are lighting in the room and some smell.
