Futuro is the ONLY hotel I stay at when I'm in Bishkek. The services and rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing.

After backpacking through Kyrgyzstan and staying in yurts and guest rooms, I wanted to treat myself for the last two nights to some comfort. I selected the Solutel for its price (relative to other four star hotels) and proximity (short walking distance to central train station, money changers, eateries, and Ala Too Square). Great breakfast, flexible and friendly staff, decent WiFi, brand new rooms. We arrived early and they were able to get us a room early. Anything we needed, they provided. Great public space to sit and read or relax. All for a very good price.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very pleasant with a great bathroom and balcony. Can't beat the rates!

The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me...

Room was clean but not made up daily

Even our Kyrgyz friend was surprised to find such nice acommodation in Karakol. Really we couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was fantastic and I liked that they had a guitar in the livingroom for guests to chill. The laundry room is also a huge plus for longer stays.

Best place to stay in Karakol. Excellent hotel, very comfortable and clean. Not a guesthouse but a real hotel with excellent breakfast

Great location near Sulaiman not so sacred mountain UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This is a brand new luxurious hotel that is centrally located. Rooms are very comfortable. Staffs are amazing. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and it is interconnected from the lobby next to elevator which is perfectly convenient. I recommend any one who visit Bishkek for their leisure or business stay.
