Clean and big enough room. Close to attractions, transport and restaurants. Staff were friendly. We got the only ground floor room which was not ideal. GRAND BASE Beppu
Parking was confusing, with 2 spaces not guaranteed. During check-in, we have a few broken things, but couldn't find the Room iPad to report it.
