"Staff was terrible, just rude. We were checking in late, staff looked straight at us and ignored us as he was speaking with a friend, at 1st I thought it to be another guest but after the continued conversation, clearly not. We were trying to be polite and patient but they were clearly mocking us, looking at us while talking to each other. Unacceptable for the hospitality industry."

"Great location. Small rooms. No place for suitcases. Hard flooring and impractical light beige carpet. Breakfast adequate but not great. Dining area overlooks ocean, so nice. Lots of ‘adjustment’ issues (hotel is new) so things may be fixed in the future. Area is lovely. Highly recommend The Red House for dinner in neighboring town of Eyrarbakki, a quaint fishing village a 10 minute drive away. 🙏"
