"Very nice room with toilet and small refrigerator. Very quite location. In north Ciutad Vella, very close to Cathedral and bus to Oceanografic and Turia gardens. Cleaning and towel change are not carried out during the stay but shared washing machine and dryer are available. Shared living room and kitchen available."

"Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"The hotel is situated in a lovely rural location and therefore is peaceful and unique. We were met on arrival and offered a drink, then shown the room followed by a gentle stroll to the swimming pool. We had arranged for dinner, bed and breakfast and everything was freshly prepared, well presented and delicious. The whole feeling we were left with was that we were special and well looked after. Special thanks to Stacey for looking after us so well."

"No curtains, no heating , the doors and windows don't fixed you feel sleeping on street with out temperatures and noise inside. The bell was ringing a lot and the personal were spiking hours.. all the plugs were broken and the cover of wc not secure."

"Do not stay here. For one, it’s not even a hotel. I booked a hotel room via hotels (dot) com and when I arrived there was no-one there to check me in. I called the number on the booking and no one answered ( it rang out 3 times in a row). I was about to call the hotels (dot) com website when I got a phone call back and they said the person has gone home, they can not help me and hung up the phone!.... it was only 9pm! "They didn’t mention that the owners of the property will stay with you in the same house. Even it is a fancy duplex villa, but you will not feel free to stay with others in the same place. Maybe it will be suitable for a single person. But I think it is not for couples. The area is so calm as it is far away from the city noise. "
