Spacious 120m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All equipped and very comfortable. Very well located, very quiet, comfortable neighborhood, close to all services and the beach.

- The beach and the promenade are 150m from the residence
- Fiber optic and wireless Internet.

Great Apartment

We had a lovely time at this spacious and well located apartment. 3 good sized double rooms and 2 good size bathrooms. The balcony is big and gets a lot of sun. The apartment is well equipped. The building is well kept and the pool is also very nice. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and has beach loungers and umbrellas. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment is very quiet and we heard no noise at all. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would book again. All contact with the owner was quick and easy, Jeff is a very nice guy. We had a great time!

Simplemente Espectacular!!

Wonderful place to stay

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and perfectly placed to access bars, restaurants, the beach, supermarkets on foot and Benidorm by bus or car. The complex was quiet even being so close to the main eating/shopping road and the pool was always clean. We would loved to have stayed longer.

This wonderful apartment in Albir is without doubt the best we have ever rented. Jeff who we dealt with was 100% on the ball and we wanted for nothing. There are loads of really good places to eat very close so although we drive, the car stayed in the under ground car park. For those(like us) who have mobility problems, this apartment and the area are perfect. A Big thumbs up from us

Very relaxing stay

We spent 6 lovely weeks ( jan/March) in this apartment which was a most relaxing experience .Nice spacious apartment, very close to the main road that leads to the beach, we enjoyed our stay immensely, the only problem that we had was that I badly sprained my ankle and Jean- François loaned me crutches , that was very kind , thank you Jean- Francois x

Excellent property close to everything you would need for a perfect break

we would highly reccomend this apt. the apt block was very quiet and clean very close to all bars and restuarants shops and supermarkets.the no.10 bus in to benidorm stopped 2 min away from the apt.jean francois was very helpful he picked us up from our drop off point and returned us on our way home we had a small problem with the television phoned jean he was out within 15 minutes.no complaints whats so ever. thank you jean. kevin and marlene liverpool.

Excellent Apartment & Location

Great 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment right off the main road running through Albir and only a few minutes from many Restaurants & Bars in all directions plus 5 minutes to the lovely sea front. We have stayed in Albir for the last 5 years in June but this was the first time in September and the first time in owner Jean Francois's fully loaded apartment which had every home creature comfort plus the great Air Con all over. It was a great to have come across this apartment when searching the area and to have met Jean Francois personally after excellent communication during the booking and as the holiday approached, plus meeting his Father and the lovely lady who initially let us in to drop our luggage as she prepared the apartment for us while we popped back out for our first walk around paradise. We will be back here in the future with 100% confidence it would be just as good then too. Thanks Again Jean Francois John & Ann

Excellent place, excellent host

What a lovely three bedroom apartment, we feel so lucky to have found it. Jean-Francois couldn’t do enough to help us with any questions from the very start. He was there immediately as we arrived to show us around and talk about the local area and in contact during our holiday any time we needed him. The apartment is beautiful, modern and has everything we needed as a family of four for our holiday. The bedrooms were spacious, lots of storage, great kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer and cooker.... great facilities if you want to cook instead of going out to eat. The balcony has sun throughout the day and enough space to eat outside and relax. Being on the first floor, you can easily see the swimming pool. This was good when some of us wanted to swim and sunbathe while others wanted to chill upstairs. The location is also excellent!! Only About 5-10 mins walk from the beach, literally 2 minutes from shops bars and restaurants however the apartment complex was quiet and relaxing. Oh.... and the air con...... was superb! Albir is a pretty little town about 15 mins taxi from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and a good walk along the seafront to the beautiful town of Altea. You must make a trip to the old town it is stunning, authentic with such character. The restaurants are amazing- if you get chance, go to Stromboli which is an Italian restaurant by the church in the old town in Altea and ask for a table on the roof terrace you won’t be disappointed! We went just as the sun was going down and the church bells were ringing, absolutely stunning to look over the rooftops Looking out to the mountains with a glass of wine. Tips: walk to the lighthouse stunning views Noa restaurant in albir for a date night, country ribs for a family meal to suit everyone, Benidorm for the razzamatazz Altea old town for some culture and stunning scenery Loved this place so much and we couldn’t have had a better host! Thank you Jean-Francois!

Great apartment in heart of Albir

Excellent 3 bedroom apartment, perfect location in safe and secure apartment complex, yet only 5 minutes from the beach with cafes and restaurants literally just outside. Jean Francois is the property manager and couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very well maintained with a lovely pool. Everything you need for a super holiday is here, highly recommend and hope to be back very soon. Thank you.

Lovely apartment.

Lovely well equipped apartment in great central location. Excellent helpful owner. One slight oddity the rules of the edificio close the pool for use between 14.30 and 16.30. No one seems to know why including the concierge. But it didn't detract from an excellent vacation. Gracias Jean Faith y yo tuvimos una gran estancia.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood

Although we have stayed in Albir several times, we have not stayed at this property before. The apartment is spacious and the furniture is of good quality. Multi language tv is available & the WiFi is reliable. All possible appliances are provided (auto washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioner) and the owner explained how each worked. I would definitely recommend this property as it is in a quiet street but within walking distance of dozens of great bars & restaurants. It is without doubt the nicest property that we have rented in Albir. Thanks Jeff for a great holiday.

Everything Superb

My wife and myself spent two months in this superb apartment which was central to all the shops and a ten minute walk to the beech. The apartment was spotless in every room, the new shower in one of the bathrooms was fantastic as was the kitchen which had more than everything you needed. Jean was a delightful, charming owner and very helpful in every way. I would recommend this property to family and friends.Brian & Judith

Very comfortable and clean apartment.very central.Jean and his father couldn't do enough for us and both were very attentive whilst we were there.frequent texts asking us if all was okay.
