Tout a proximité Lidl ,aldi, bar-restaurant etc ,villa situé au fond d une rue très calme sans passage,piscine au top ,villa au top .Benidorm juste a coté .Pour le sans vis a vis ok juste une fenêtre d'un voisin qui gêne un peu mais on ne les voyait jamais .a refaire sans hésiter je recommande

Lors de notre arrivée tout se passe bien. Nous sommes bien reçus à l’agence par une dame parlant français. Nous louons les draps de lit ainsi que les essuies, un lit bébé, une chaise haute et l’internet pour 15 jours. Les essuies étaient vieux, poussiéreux et très secs. La dame de l’agence a oublié de nous donner le code internet. Étant arrivés un samedi soir nous avons dû attendre le lundi avant d’être connecté. Nous avons reçu un lit bébé pliable que nous avons payé en location le prix d’un neuf pour un semblable. Une fois déplié nous constatons des traces de moisissure sur le plancher et une odeur abominable d’urine. Impossible d’y faire dormir notre bébé d’un an. Nous avons reçu un plan pour se rendre dans la maison. Celle-ci est vraiment pas mal, bien située sur les hauteurs à environ 15 min du centre. La vue de la maison et de la terrasse y est magnifique. Dans la maison, une saleté inadmissible. Des cheveux partout, des ongles de pied retrouvés à côté de notre lit, de la vaisselle déguelasse, le percolateur contenait toujours l’ancien filtre à café.... et j’ en passe. Le seul lit double est un divan lit avec un matelas de 10 cm d’épaisseur et un sommier dont de nombreuses lattes sont manquantes.... autant dire que les nuits n’étaient pas réparatrices. De plus, seules des tentures nous isolent des piégés de vie. Bref merci l’intimité. Après 20h de route, nous étions fatigués et nous aurions espéré autre chose. Nous retournons à l’agence pour expliquer notre mécontentement. La gérante nous prend pour des menteurs mais se rend sur place. Elle constate la saleté et nous en voit une dame de ménage. Celle-ci arrive avec un balai et repars 30 min plus tard. Bref ça et rien c’est le même. Sinon la maison est bien. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Très belle villa sur les hauteurs avec vue imprenable sur la baie d’altea.
Très bon séjour Villa superbe avec vue imprenable et au calme Proche de Benidorm pour l’animation et de Calpe . Les centre ville d’altea Et de Calpe sont très typique et accueillant avec de très bon restaurant
