Blaumar Hotel Salou

10/10 Excellent

"This was a pleasant stay , front desk and everyone who worked here was very nice and helpful."

Hotel Planas

10/10 Excellent

"Well situated, just off the main strip. Last minute booking, easy to find. Check-in easy, receptionist very friendly & very informative. Room clean, with all amenities, including a mini fridge. Bathroom excellent, large shower, all very clean. Beds very comfortable. Safe for a small charge. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice. Cooked, and continental. Dining room clean & bright. 11am Check-out, easy & quick, can leave luggage in a locker for €2"

PortAventura Hotel Caribe - Includes unlimited access to PortAventura Park & 1 day access to Ferrari Land

8/10 Good

"Just back from 10 days in Caribe. Found the staff to be excellent as ever, special shout to Chus in the breakfast area of San Juan. Always happy and cheery, nothing was too much trouble. Room felt it had seen slightly better days but clean, tidy and well laid out. Air con was good. Perhaps a refurb is required to bring it back up to standard, especially the bathroom. Nothing wrong with it, just tired and a little modernisation needed. Lack of sockets around the bed was a pain so you had to unplug lights to charge your devices so meant that the lighting wasn’t great if you wanted to charge or plug anything else in. Could do with things USB (USB-C) sockets and better lighting overall. Just a bit lacking compared to higher end hotels in terms of visuals and modern amenities. Port Aventura itself was busy during Friday and Saturdays and quiet midweek. Was disappointed compared to previous year’s Halloween theming. Felt that it was really minimalist compared to the what’s been there before and it looked like it had been really cut back. Merchandise was also the same as previous years as well and nothing overly new. As ever, park was clean & tidy, and staff were friendly and helpful. Shows were good as well."

Hotel Best Negresco

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel over looking the sea. Very clean. Reception area modern. Breakfast has everything you could ask for, many people were all inclusive but cannot comment on evening meals. Drinks were nice and not overly priced. Walking distance to the beach minutes away. Few restaurants and bars 10 min walk in cap salou but not that much of a choice.Nice promenade walk into Salou which takes around 35-45mins, bus for €2 at the top of the hill if you prefer, or taxi is around €10. Hotel has nice pool including an indoor one, outside has a nice amount of sunbeds which we found there was always space. Rooms nice size with balcony. Wardrobe , free safe, fridge with complmentry drinks presumably if only b&b. Definitely recommend this hotel."

Ohtels Les Oliveres

8/10 Good

"Big comfortable beds, delicious food, decent choice of drinks (although somewhat limited for all-inclusive). Friendly and helpful staff. We came as a couple and hadn't realised quite how many kids there would be but that's not the hotel's fault, it's our fault for coming on holiday in August (we came to see the total eclipse). There's a small but beautiful beach within 5 mins walk with some spectacular views but be aware it's mainly stones rather than sand. A couple of other bars nearby, but mainly all the other buildings in the area are residential."
