"Wonderful! The apartment has all you need for a very comfortable stay, being spacious and well-equipped. The view of the sea and beach from the balcony is absolutely lovely. The apartment is so close to the beach, and there are shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. Marien is really lovely, and incredibly helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend this apartment."

"Ein wunderschöner Ort, sehr Ruhig auch Nachts. Der Strand ist super/Mega . Selbst an Sonntagen gibt es Platz für Alle. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und wenn es gewittert ist das unglaublich zu Betrachten. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist super, gute Kommunikation . "We really enjoyed staying in this well equipped apartment for 4 weeks to chill out. It was so quiet and had everything we needed. So nice to sit and see the views from the balcony of the lovely gardens and pool, we even swam 3 times in the pool which cant be bad for April! Sunny every day but a cool wind. The bed was enormous 6ft, and so comfy and shower was well designed always with hot water when ever we needed it. The apartment on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn't working, so do be prepared...

"This property was perfect for our family holiday. Gated community very close to the beach and marina with an easy walk into town. The property had everything we needed and the terrace was a lovely space to chill. We all loved the pool area and it was great place to come back to after a day of exploring. "L'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement. La robinetterie n'est pas de bonne qualité. La douche laisse à désirer. La literie n'est pas top concernant le lit individuel. Le mobilier n'est pas en très bon état. Le quartier est très bruyant et il a fait très chaud dans l'appartement. Le point positif est que l'appartement est à proximité de la plage."

"Wenn Sie mitten im Leben von Denia wohnen wollen, sind Sie genau richtig. Hafen, Altstadt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Geräumige Wohnung. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, kann es schon mal etwas geräuschvoller zugehen (Wochenende). Es hat uns als _Stadtmenschen, allerdings nicht gestrört, da das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Straßenseite gelegen hat. Es gab immer was zu gucken."

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...
