The apartment of 70m2 is located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the second floor with an elevator and it has a large terrace with sea views, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed for two extra guests in the living room. You will find a complete bathroom with a bath, equipped kitchen, L'Or Barista coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Het appartement is in een mooi nieuw gebouw gelegen op de tweede verdieping. Helaas wel gehorig...

Het appartement is in een mooi nieuw gebouw gelegen op de tweede verdieping. Helaas wel gehorig, de bovenburen zijn goed te horen. Prachtige parkeergarage, en vlakbij mooie stranden. Het appartement ziet er keurig uit, van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat wij heel jammer vonden is dat het balkon nooit in de zon komt, en het uitzicht op een groot lelijk hotel is ook niet zo fijn. Wij waren er in de winter, en de omgeving was erg saai,dat is waarschijnlijk anders in de zomer.
