Saona Villas offers you this beautiful and comfortable villa for up to 11 people. It is set in a beautiful wooded garden with a lovely private swimming pool and has great privacy. Beautiful comfortable and independent villa composed of the main part on one level and an independent studio upstairs with exterior access. The layout is complete and the interior is neat with pleasant and bright decoration. You will have a beautiful and large private swimming pool and a garden partly with lawn.

Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 180 m². Total plot of approximately 900 m². Washing machine, Iron. Satellite TV, DVD, CD. Fan: in each room.

Main house (ground floor): Large living room in the veranda. Large dining room. Equipped American kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker). 1 double bedroom en suite (with 2 single beds together). 1 triple bedroom (with bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed). 1 bathroom / WC (bathtub). 1 bathroom / WC (corner bathtub).

Studio (upstairs with independent access): 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds together) semi-open. Living room with kitchenette (gas stove + refrigerator) + 1 sofa bed (2 places). 1 bathroom / WC (shower).

Outside: Large enclosed garden of approximately 900 m² with trees and partly with lawn. Large private swimming pool of 45 m² with interior steps. Outdoor shower, deckchairs. Covered and uncovered terrace, garden furniture (table + 12 chairs). Barbecue built. Parking for 2 cars.

Approximate distances: Urbanization Las tres Calas. Sea and beach 1.5 km away. Restaurant and small amenities 900 meters away. Another restaurant in Las Tres Calas 1.6 km away. Ametlla de Mar town center 3.5 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
