We really enjoyed our one-week stay! The location is excellent — it’s within walking distance of Old Quebec (UNESCO area) and doesn’t require climbing any steep hills or stairs. If you don't have a car and you need a place with dinner options, find another hotel. The Hotel Cofortel doesn't have its own restaurant, and the options within walking distance are extremely limited (especially for anyone with dietary restrictions)
Although I arrived very late the receptionist was hospitable. Also the walls are very sound-proof - I heard hardly any noise.
It is a commercial area near an airport. Nice but nowhere near as nice and interesting as Quebec City.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! One of the worst I've ever experienced of any hotels I've stayed in--and I've stayed in many hotels. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating guests like that!
