"Tout était bien sauf le lit. Totalement inacceptable de ne pas changer un matelas lorsque ce dernier est trop usé. J’ai dû me coucher la tête vers le pied du lit pour dormir. J’étais très déçue car j’ai logé à cet hôtel à plusieurs reprises dans le passé."
