10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful"

Take in Lake Superior breathtaking views! Centrally located with a Sauna and A/C

8/10 Good

"Obviously the view is the selling point of this house. Lovely!! Can't get enough of it. Location is excellent, The house sits on a quiet road...we were surprised, considering it's peak fall foliage. The cute little park just down the road had better access to actually get close to the lake, since this property's access is exactly as pictured, with steep stairs and no place to walk. But Tabacco Park is very close. We found everything clean in the house. The only thing that didn't work was the TV. Unfortunately, even with numerous text communication with the host, we weren't able to take in Saturday football games. It wasn't for lack of trying, the host gave many suggestions to get the TV to work. It just never did. Disappointing. But, the effort was appreciated. Things I really liked...the view & location. The privacy was great, even though that meant planning ahead. The stars!! The concrete countertop. The big, sturdy dining room table. The comfortable bed. Just a couple of changes I would suggest. Add a door or half door leading to the lower level. Or even a gate that works. There was a gate that didn't fit the opening, though we were able to prop it up. We didn't want our pup running all over the house so we propped the gate up and confined ourselves, and our pup, to the upstairs. Also, add an updated shower head. It wouldn't be expensive, but would be nice. Overall we were very happy with the house!Thank you!"

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our stay at the house! It was very clean and it had plenty of space for my family. Having bedrooms downstairs was great for myself and my parents who came on the trip. It was close to MTU which was nice. We enjoyed spending time on the covered porch. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next trip! Our host was super nice and communication was excellent in describing how to get there and where to park which was very helpful."

Tioga Falls Cabin: Tioga Falls Fall Getaway | Waterfall & Fall Colors | Sleeps 6

10/10 Excellent

"Tioga Falls Cabin was one of those places that gets into your heart a little bit.It was just my husband, our dogs, and me, and it honestly felt like we had found our own little hidden piece of paradise. The property is so peaceful and beautiful that it is hard to put into words. Waking up to the sound of the falls, spending the day hiking, kayaking, exploring with the dogs, or simply sitting outside and taking it all in felt incredibly special. We did leave the property for a few hikes during our stay, but we easily could have spent every single day right there at the cabin and never felt like we were missing out on anything. There was something about being there that made everything feel slower, quieter, and more peaceful.By the end of the trip, neither of us wanted to leave. We loved the area so much that we actually came home talking about looking for property nearby, which probably says more than anything else could about how much this place meant to us.This was so much more than just a cabin stay. It was one of our favorite trips we have ever taken, and a place we already know we will be thinking about for a long time. We truly cannot wait to come back!"
