"Host was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor eating area is a welcomed addition as well. House has a gate so it’s secure. Unfortunately during our stay there were problems with the hot water (plumber was scheduled on our departure day so that has probably been resolved now). Last road heading to the house is unpaved."

"Phenomenal stay at the villa kai bois! Whenever I had an issue, the property manager was responsive, kind, and exhibited the utmost customer service! I appreciate the experience of staying in such a beautifully constructed hoke and I look forward to coming back. Amenities were also perfect including a perfectly designed kitchen with an open floor concept, fullt functioning AC units, lush forest and a relaxing ambience. So very zen and exactly what my friends and I needed. Thanks so much to the management team!!"

"Beautiful spot!! Wonderful owners and team who are on point at answering any queries. Place was lovely & clean. Beautiful shared spaces like a small pool, little gym, & comfy chill out areas available to use outside of your own already lovely apartment space. Ann & Danny have considered everything you might need, definitely a hidden gem on St Lucia. Being in Marigot Bay, means you still get the feel of the forest but look directly at the beach. There are a few restaurants in the bay, including the one next door that you go to for breakfast if you have it on your booking; the apartment has a fully thought about kitchen though also … and as two folk with intolerances, it was really nice to be able self cater for a couple of days. Would definitely come back if we came back to St Lucia"

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer we had while we were phoning to get other accommodations was cold! That was about the brightest spot I could come up with. When we spoke to the person there about the cat pee, all she said was that "the cats are never allowed in the rooms." Live and learn but reserve this place at your peril."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Brogan Villa. Debbie was wonderful is helping us to plan ahead of our arrival with suggestions of things to do and see. The house was everything we had hoped and was an amazing location. Debbie had arranged for Nigel to pick us up at the airport and he went above and beyond to help us when one of our family members suffered motion sickness on the flight and had become dehydrated. He waited at the hospital with us and took some of us to the supermarket to grab some essentials while waiting. He also checked in on us multiple times during the trip and we were able to secure him for some day trips. He felt like family by the end of day 1. Zarius and Natalie were also wonderful taking care of us and the home while we were there. We met so many nice locals while out exploring. While in St. Lucia we were able to visit all parts of the island and definitely think the location of Brogan Villa was the best place to be as our home base. Close option for restaurants, bars, and local shopping. We truly can't wait to come back. "

"This is an amazing property! Wow! No review can really say what you get to experience at this Villa. It’s perched high above the Bay and the constant light breeze feels so nice and keeps the bugs away. Just can’t say enough about wonderful layout of this Villa as it more than comfortably slept our group of eight. The pool and decks are perfect and the views of the ocean and the bay are outstanding. The staff, including Claudia, Rose, Anthony and Imus are all wonderful people. We were three small families and everyone said this was a vacation of a lifetime. We did two private charter boat trips from the marina, and that is not to be missed! Highly recommend booking a sunset trip and swimming in the bay as the sun is going down. Truly a memory that will not be forgotten by all in our group! Thank you, Jennifer for being a gracious host and allowing us to have a beautiful home for our base on St. Lucia! Don’t hesitate to book this Villa – you will not be disappointed! "
