"Overall we had a great stay. The hotel was in a great location for the old town restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool and bar area were excellent. I was a little disappointed in the room we were allocated as it was a twin room when we booked a double and it was an accessible room, again which we did not book. "

"Great hotel choice for me.. 24 hour reception. Swimming pool in sunshine until mid afternoon. Helpful and welcoming receptionists. My room was spacious and had a balcony to sit out on with a great view. Nice modern shower. Decent breakfast buffet with cooked eggs,meats, cheeses, fruit etc . Great display of model Le Mans cars by the dining area for motor racing fans. Plsant suburban location 5 minutes walk from great sandy beach and 5 minutes walk from 3 big supermarkets and a few cafes. Hotel is a bit out of the main town ,15 minute walk or short bus ride to old town which has lots of character with shops, eateries and some magnificent Roman and more modern buildings. Tarragona ampitheatre is an amazing site."

"Very nice hotel and staff in a great central location for easy walking to city centre, restaurants and sites of interest. Pool was nice. Only comment would be that the rooms are not very sound proof, but thanks to having earplugs in our toiletry bag we wslept well."

"The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity details, but it required a signature, and none of the 5 had any way to do that digitally. Most of the communication had to be done on WhatsApp, which we don't use, in order to function properly, including check out. Fortunately, the person in charge was on the premises and eventually let us in. She admonished us for arriving before 15:00, but she was friendly and took in everyone's luggage. She was very nice, but that doesn't change the fact we did not know it was an unstaffed hotel and we would normally not be able to leave our luggage. That said, it was a very good location, centrally located for our sightseeing."

"The hotel is well located the rooms and bathroom are great clean, modern, and the king bed in our room was huge! Comfortable pillows, breakfast are good too, the staffs are friendly and always welcoming you."

"Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. Customer service was nice and they tried to help but was a weird complicated call center process, but room was great. "

"Lovely, clean studio apartment. We had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing in the sun in the evening. The windows and doors to the balcony block out a lot of noise so barely heard the trains going past. Bed was huge and comfortable so we slept well. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful!"
