Are you looking to relax and discover the beautiful island of Noirmoutier? Come to this lovely 50 m² house located in L'Epine. You can walk to the nearby beaches, a ten-minute walk will be enough to reach the Thibaudière beach, but you can also walk to Saint Jean beach. But don't forget to take your bike and explore the island and salt marshes.

On summer evenings, come together around the barbecue so you can enjoy the terrace and savour good grilled food.

The accommodation has all the necessary comfort so that your stay is pleasant and rejuvenating. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. You will find a living room / dining room where you can share a good meal and then a good film on TV. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus press and kettle) so that you can prepare your dishes with ease.

The accommodation's driveway is shared with the owner but you have a private parking space.

Le lieu est calme et près de la plage. Revoir l’aménagement de la chambre à l’étage. Le lit 2 places est trop bas et pas adapté pour des adultes de grande taille du fait de la pente de toit. Cette location est parfaite pour un couple et des enfants en bas âge. Dans la pièce à vivre le canapé est bien trop encombrant

Découverte de Noirmoutier

Mauvais temps qui nous a empêché de découvrir l’île en vélo et de profiter des plages. Salon trop grand pour la pièce de vie .TV sur étagère mal placée (support mobile serait souhaitable) . Porte d’entrée mal placée dans la chambre. Table ronde inadaptée . Poêle anti adhésive manquante. Améliorations à envisager .

Super séjour. Calme complet. De belles choses à visiter. Le paysage est très agréable. La maison est agréable mais un peu petite pour 4 adultes. Dommage que les wc ne soient pas séparés. La chambre du haut manque de hauteur pour adultes Maison propre à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons.

Séjour très agréable.Emplacement très tranquille au fond d’une impasse.Maison au décor soigné.Literie confortable. Je recommande fortement mais SVP laissez nous des créneaux disponibles pour que l’on puisse y retourner avec plaisir.

Séjour à l’épine du 19 au 31 aout

Maison localisée sur le même terrain que le propriétaire (entrée unique) et avec une place de parking face a la maison ( pratique pour les courses !). Elle est idéalement placée pour parcourir toutes l'ile. Le quartier est très calme et à 5 minutes à pied des premières plages.Coté équipement tout y est. Nous avons passé un agréble séjour. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de porte sur la chambre à l étage (mezzanine) qui donne sur le salon cuisine, ça peut être gênant pour les les fans de grasses matinées !.

Logement agréable, bien équipé et bien situé.

Rien ne manque et tout est neuf dans ce logement, impeccablement propre. Il est à deux pas de la plage et à cinq minutes à pied du centre bourg, où se trouve l'essentiel. Le quartier est également très calme.
