Old holiday apartment, for 4 people, with spectacular sea view, communal pool and wifi, located in a privileged area of Montgo in l'Escala. Next to Mateua Island, ideal cove for scuba diving! Located on the ground floor of the main house, living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with bed 1.60 + a room with 2 beds 90 and a bathroom with shower. Wifi, barbecue, pool, garden and parking. Terrace with outdoor furniture. Fantastic views from the terrace and pool. Groups under 25 are not accepted.
