Pink HouseOld 19th-century fisherman's house rehabilitated with great aesthetic sense and sustainable materials, preserving the original essence and charm. It has 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 5 people. The ground floor has a large space for kitchen, dining room and living room, a small courtyard and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, the main bedroom has a double bed, while the second large bedroom has a partition for a smaller double bed and a single bed. On this floor there is another full bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with TV, internet (wi-fi), sound bar and central heating. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, iron and ironing board. Casa Rosa is located in a charming neighbourhood in the old town of L'Escala, 250 m from the beach, a former fishing port now surrounded by good restaurants, bars and cafés. The renovation of this house was one of the works selected by the jury of the Girona Architecture Awards in 2019. NO PETS OR YOUTH GROUPS ALLOWED.

Great place

Really nice and comfortable place to stay. Super easy to check in and felt cosy like home. Easy to chat to the staff and a very close walk to the beach, a lovely cove with many bars and restraunt and we would definitely recommend and want to return Bed sheets on the bed when you arrive. A book with WiFi code and other general info, like how to put hot water on

Good location

The property is in a good location for being central to old town Lescala however the property seems like it is a newer rental as it lacks a few necessities The beds were not made upon arrival nor are there any towels for any use of showering drying hands etc. We were informed the two days before check in the air conditioning no longer worked and we were renting for two weeks in the middle of summer… hot! Overall the property has a good interior design layout but be prepared to bring everything as there are not even basic cleaning products in the home
