A villa in rustic style for rent, situated in L'Escala, Costa Brava, in a quiet part of the hill Puig Sec. It has a terrace with a sunny, slightly higher positioned swimming pool. The house is on one level, with a separate kitchen,living-room, three bedrooms and a complete bathroom. the spacious living/dining room opens to the terrace overlooking the garden and the forest. Very quiet environment, garden furniture available. Parking place on the property.Up to 6 people.This house is pets friendly (contact us for extra fee).WIFI.

The houses are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability). House 'Eco friendly' equipped with solar panels.

Not the best rental property to stay in

The villa was dirty inside with cobwebs between the legs of the coffee table and in all the corners of most rooms. This gave the impression that the villa has not been cleaned for weeks if not months. The kitchen sink was chipped and stained, so potentially a healthy hazard. The fridge took 3 days to work properly. The oven would not work, impossible to light the gas so I had to throw away the food that needed cooking, wasting my money and food. The access gate broke off its hinges. Most of the outdoor seating was broken. The toilet was disgusting, the seat was broken and therefore again a hygiene risk. Overall the property is in need of updating before offered to clients for holiday rental. I was very disappointed with the villa considering how much it cost.
