Janet: Beautiful house with communal pool in a quiet area

Modern house, with communal pool and garden, shared by only six neighbors. Located in a quiet neighborhood, between the beach of Riells and the beach of Cala Montgó. And just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is divided in two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the living room with access to the terrace. The second floor has two bedrooms with a double bed in each, and a bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds). And a bathroom with shower. The house also has a private parking space located within the community.
In total in the house can sleep 6 people: in two double beds and a trundle bed (two single beds).

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Excellent séjour en famille.

Maison très agréable située dans un quartier résidentiel à 2 pas de la forêt. Très belles prestations. Grande maison avec 3 chambres et 2 SDB. Piscine commune mais propre et peu fréquentée.

Casa muy simple

La casa es espaciosa, todo muy minimalista pero bien. El anuncio dice que hay dos camas sencillas pero es una cama con dos colchones juntos con una sábana de matrimonio en una mini habitación sin armario pero con una cómoda. Los colchones no se pueden separar. Fue un shock para nosotros ya que era para un hijo y una hija. Al final cogimos el colchón y mi hijo durmió abajo en el salón. Vinieron de la agencia a traer sábanas individuales que no había .También había solo 4 sillas en la mesa y éramos 5. Esto también se solucionó cogiendo otra de un cuarto. El mayor problema eran las hormigas que desde el primer día aparecieron por los baños, Luego por la cocina y no se podía dejar nada de comida, ni migas, nada. Tuvimos que dar cada día spray y limpiar encimeras, etc. Esto parece un problema común porque encontramos botes con mata hormigas medio vacíos. En la casa no hay nada más, ni jabón de manos ( botes vacíos) , ni para fregar ( te dan unos 10ml el primer día) . Solo 1 rollo papel de vater, osea que hay que comprar todo. Las sartenes muy viejas y se pega todo. Está algo aislado pero no es tranquilo, hay mucho ruido del tráfico, La carretera pasa por detrás de la terraza. Deberían de hacer una foto más actualizada de la piscina las maderas que se ven están ahora bastante negras como es normal por el paso del tiempo.

Great vacation!

Very nice accommodation with private parking space. The fenced garden was a plus with a kid, the communal pool is next to the garden. Big closets in the rooms so you can put away all your clothes. We had a very nice stay here.

Nice apartment

Good and easy communication. Nice apartment with big pool. Apartment near to main street so it was quite noisy during night and distant from city beach and old town. If you are not sensitive to described below its good place to stay.

New house

New house with all facilities, very well situated in quiet area of l'Escala. Airco only works if all windows and doors are closed. That generates practical problems: if you go out early, there is a bleep in every room when you close the door behind you, if you open the bathroom window for aeration, there's no airco in the other rooms.

Tal cual se ve en las imágenes.

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las imágenes. La recogida se realiza en las oficinas de la agencia que lo gestiona, pero el trato y la atención fueron muy buenos. Fuimos 3 familias con 4 niños y la casa fue perfecta. Comedor amplio para que jugaran y jardín arreglado para que corran. Solo se ha de ir con cuidado con que no vayan hacia la piscina. Esta alejado del centro, pero en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones eran amplias.
