Laia: Apartment overlooking the sea, 50m from the beach

This apartment in the Punta Romana building in L’Escala sleeps up to 6 guests. It has a terrace with sea views and access to a communal garden and swimming pool with a diving board.

Located on the first floor, it has a living and dining area with a double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen.

There are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm-wide double bed and the other with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

The terrace is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with sea views or relaxing in the sun.

The apartment is 50 metres from Cala de la Creu beach and 150 metres from L’Escala’s historic centre, where you’ll find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
