Montse: Apartment in the center of the village

This apartment sleeps up to 6 people in the centre of L’Escala and has access to a communal swimming pool on the building’s rooftop. It is on the first floor, with lift access, and the apartment is all on one level. There is a small balcony with a table.

The living and dining area has air conditioning, a television, a double sofa bed and a dining table for six. The kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave.

There are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm-wide double bed and another with two single beds. All beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows. There is one bathroom with a shower.

A cot is also available and is stored in a wardrobe. The apartment has heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a clothes airer with pegs.

It is around a 5-minute walk from Les Barques beach, close to bars, restaurants, shops and cultural activities. Riells beach is around a 15-minute walk away, and the Empúries promenade is between 15 and 20 minutes away on foot. Montgrí Natural Park is around a 10-minute drive away.



Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.

ATTENTION: from 10/01 to 05/30 the parking is not available.

Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for those over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation that includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 PM.
