At IMMO PRESTIGE, we present Vacay Apartment Fanny, a modern and stylish apartment located in the Cala Montgó area of L’Escala.

It features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests, making it ideal for family holidays. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the communal swimming pool, creating a relaxing space during your stay.

Its location is one of its main highlights: less than 90 metres from Cala Montgó beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, offering a unique natural environment and access to hiking trails. Nearby you will also find Illa Mateua, a perfect spot for enjoying the scenery, swimming or diving.

The apartment offers access to a communal swimming pool, tennis court, garden, one private parking space and air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay. Its northwest orientation provides pleasant natural light throughout the day.

Additional information:Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.
