"Only thing wrong is string smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby and that can give some headaches. We told the employees and they said it gives them headaches too!! Management needs to change chemicals. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Brilliant location, so close to the beach and the view from our balconies was fab. The outdoor pools were closed (being November, understandable!) but we used the indoor pool. It's small but good. The breakfast buffet was good value and enjoyable. "

We especially loved the pool and spa experience, which made our stay even more relaxing. A special thanks to Rosana, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a fantastic birthday celebration at the hotel. "2nd visit to Acapulco hotel, and looking to book another, as I had such a pleasant stay. Room was pleasant and the lighting was good. TV had several English channels as well as German Italian and Austrian. Food was excellent, with a great deal of choice. Entertainment was reasonable but not to travel for. Indoor pool quite small but warm, with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, but don't forget that people don't bother with costumes when using the sauna etc here, it's quite accepted. Parking near the hotel is difficult, even in November, I don't think I'd try in high season. Bus (25) to Palma over the road takes max 30 minutes and costs 2 euro, some terminate by cathedral (Placa reina) or others go round the inner ring road (avenidas?) to Placa de espana. Airport bus stops very close too, but I think that is 5 euro."
