"Lovely spacious room, all fixtures and fittings new and undamaged , bar area comfortable and inviting "

"Check in was simple and we left our luggage pre-stay whilst meeting a friend travelling on a later train. Room was clean and stocked with amenities in bathroom and fresh milk and bottled water in fridge. Overnight the room was quite warm even with heat on low. Windows opened but then a little noisy due to proximity of theatre and train station (both handy for us as we were on a theatre trip). Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. Checkout as easy as check-in. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. "

"There was a slight issue with a previous guests item in our room upon arrival which was immediately addressed by staff (Alice was amazing!!) and I was offered an upgrade to an amazing suite and a drink on the house. The hotel is beautiful, well situated in the city centre close to everything you need. Overall it was an amazing stay and it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply for ensuring every stay meets their expectation and when it doesn’t, they go above and beyond to rectify that. Thank you again!"

"This is an excellent sized property with large rooms, kitchen and entrance. Had two sets of patio doors which would be excellent to enter the garden in warmer months. Excellent location for Anfield and handy for the town. Would definitely recommend and would stay there on future visits. "

"Clean rooms a bit of a tight car park , wanted a drink in the bar but no staff there in fact hardly seen any staff could do with a more visible presence of staff , don’t k is if they dine breakfast as no one to ask so we just left . Apart from that the hotel and location was excellent, would prob stay again "

"Our room water was too hot, but thankfully owner respond quick and allowed us to move to another room. Their shampoo etc is tiny so bring your own. Kitchen is shared but at the time of our visit there were only my husby and i so its a plus. "
