Private: natural state property 45 ha with trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 14 km, bus stop "Albias" 11 km, lake Lafrançaise 12 km.
"Roque Piquet", 4-room house 156 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD.
