"The photos don't do it justice! We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment - fabulous view out of living room window, good size terrace, large living space. All was clean and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, washing machine, hair dryer etc. beautiful old restored traditional building opposite the castle. A boulangerie and Spar 2 mins walk. 2 mins to swim off the rocks, 3 mins to the pretty village beach, 5 mins to the main one. No complaints! We'd love to come back....

"Pros: The garden and the mountain view and the well equiped kitchen Cons: The complicated communication via WhatsApp with the local host. The local host only spoke french. We speak a bit french, but the communication was not easy. There were only a small amount of toilet paper and no dishwasher tabs inside and we had to buy them on our own. We also think, that 30€ for only one small and two big towels and the bed linen is to much, especially if you use them for 10 days."

"The place was exactly as described on the website. Location was great, it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Citidel. The views from the balacony was a bonus to be able to see the water and mountains while dining on the patio. Parking was no issue as there is a dedicated parking spot. We had some issues with connecting to wifi, we didn't resolve it due to having enough data with our phone plans but Jerome was available to assist if we wanted it fixed. "I recommend a room with balcony facing the water- lovely views of the old town. Breakfast was more than adequate, although you can also walk about 100M or so to a bakery. Excellent location (easy walking distance to train station, old town, laundrymat) and would stay here again in future. Note that I had to keep my rucksack in a separate room downstairs (hotel policy) in that I had just completed the GR20- not an issue but something to know."

"C'est la 3e fois que nous louons cet appartement. Très propre, fonctionnel, une superbe terrasse avec vue sur les îles et la mer. Climatisation. Literie excellente. Proche du centre ville et de la plage.Un sympathique cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait. Parking privé. Nous avons eu un petit problème, le propriétaire a été très réactif, résolution dans la 1/2 journée. C'est le lieu rêvé pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous n'avons qu'un souhait, c'est revenir ."

"The one bedroom chalet we booked was a bit more compact than expected, but it was clean, the bed and sofa were comfy and the evening sun on the terrace was enjoyable. The onsite restaurant, "The Oranges", was lovely and reasonably priced. The site has direct access to the beach, which is dog friendly, but the closer to Calvi, dogs are banned. It's a good walk into Calvi, but very pleasant, and there's plenty going on around the marina and old town."
