Stay for four nights. Good price and get what you paid for. Counter staff provided good service. We suffered a car crash in Toulousse and that left us a poor experience.

Everything

We loved staying at this hotel in Toulouse! Our room was beautifully designed with great amenities and the location allowed us to walk all around the historic center of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay were the fabulous breakfasts! There was a huge selection of high quality food offered. We would definitely stay here again!

Très bien

A wonderful place to stay while in Toulouse. Very clean, very quiet, and a huge breakfast spread! Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and arrangements were made for our friend to be roomed on the same floor as us. We had a beautiful room and when our friend arrived her room smelled wet and they quickly moved her. They were very helpful in arranging dinner bookings. The valet parking was excellent. The breakfast room and offerings very good. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

All good

Good place with big parking lot

Great deal for a family to have this much room and a kitchen. Location is good near train station, but little far from the river (have to take bus/subway). Front desk staff were awesome and offered to help us out with many aspects of our stay in Toulouse - provided location of grocery, good restaurant recommendation, and how to get to Airbus via tram.

I had purchased a lot of items in glass bottles and asked Stephanie at the front desk where I might purchase packaging materials. As it was Easter, all the shops were closed. She consulted with the kitchen staff and soon they had gathered up newspaper and other materials to ensure my French products all arrived home safely. The next morning the shuttle was very full, the...
