"The property was very nice and accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Plenty of hot water and towels. The issues we had were communication related. I got a welcome email but when we arrived about 8:30 pm there was confusion regarding our reservation. Our unit was not ready and they had to make up all 5 beds. We requested a taxi pickup at 0630 but no one arrived and at 0700 we arranged our own uber pickup. The address also directed our driver to a different property."

"I had a great stay at San Sebastián while in Huaraz. All of the staff were very helpful, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and they held my bags for 8 days while I was on the Huayhuash Trek. I would definitely stay at San Sebastián again and will recommend it to anyone I know visiting Huaraz."

Queda a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, suficientemente cerca para tener acceso a los servicios de la ciudad y moderadamente lejos para no sentir el ruido. La altura no molesta, Carhuaz está a 2600 msnm. El nombre de CASA le va muy bien, uno se siente en familia desde el momento en que llega. Perfecto lugar de base para explorar el Callejón de Huaylas."

"I had a very pleasant say! Staff was very courteous and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and there is a police station 100m away so I felt very safe during my visit. The only thing I would say is that the walls were quite thin especially around the bathroom so you could hear the street dogs barking outside at night and other guests showering & talking when you were in there. Overall, it’s one of the best options in the area."
