First, I will start out with saying that we enjoyed our time in Sevilla . The apartment was clean when we got there, which was a very good thing. My first issue with this property is the communication process. I tried to communicate with them several months ahead of time and the only response I got was not to worry. That my reservation was there. However, I knew that my card was not going to be used because I discontinued that card. 24 hours before we are supposed to check in I get a notice that we will be canceled if we do not put a credit card in. Something I’ve been asking for for several months. I did get the information to them and it was confirmed instantly. Second issue was the elevator was not working and we were on the third floor as 60-year-olds.. Third issue, no pool or hot tub and none to be found. Forth issue was the essential were really not there, for example, bath towels, small hand towels were there, but very small for bathing. No paper towels and only two rolls of toilet paper for four people for three days. When I asked about that, they said you go out and get your own which is fine if we would’ve known that ahead of time. The reason I’m giving this a one star is because they actually did bring the toilet paper and soap that we requested. Also something very unusual for me was the Uno pillow. Two adults sleeping with one pillow is very strange. The pillows that were there were as flat as a pancake. So all in all a bit disappointed with the accommodations.
