"Had a nice break but the hotel is very ‘tired’ and in need of some refurbishment. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, but pillows weren’t great. The bathrooms need upgrading - the shower was very small and the toilet flush was ‘tricky’, often needing several attempts. Floor tiles look very old and therefore appear rather dirty even though I’m sure they weren’t. Poor attention to detail too: kettle and mugs were provided but no tea bags, coffee or milk. "This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher"
