At the most amazing vacation and wonderful time enjoying every moment, our room was perfect. Had a wonderful service. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend. but have been calling the hotel for a reimbursement of $321 that was prepaid before my arrival and have not received that payment.😕

But, these issues were not brought to the attention of anyone at the resort, which probably would have handled it accordingly as they did with other issues we had such as the in-room safe not working.
