We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise. "

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "
