The finish of the legendary Monte Carlo Rally stage between Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes and La Bâtie-Neuve passes right in front of the property, offering a breathtaking view of the final turns and the stage finish.

Our beautifully designed 50m² apartment, set on the 2nd floor of a historic sheepfold, accommodates up to 4 guests. You’ll love the spacious living room, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed for two. The cozy bedroom is perfect for restful nights, complete with a double bed. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, and a separate toilet adds an extra touch of convenience. With warm wooden furnishings, the space creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to unwind and enjoy your stay.

If you’re traveling with a larger group, consider renting our second apartment, "CASA Moissiere," located in the same building. Together, these two apartments can host up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings or group retreats.

Our reception manager will ensure a smooth check-in and be available throughout your stay. Please inform us of your arrival time at least one week in advance so that we can plan accordingly.

For families, we provide a complimentary baby cot, and free laundry facilities are available for your convenience.
Pet is not allowed in the property

If you would like to rent bed linens and towels, please notify us at least one week before your arrival:
-Towel kit: Seven Euros (includes 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat)
-Double sheet kit: Eighteen Euros (includes 1 double sheet, 1 double duvet cover, and 2 pillowcases)
Pet is no allowed in the property

We ask you to take care of the property and respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Quiet hours is 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

Smoking is not allowed

Our reception manager will take care of organizing your welcome and will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay. You will need to inform them of your expected arrival time one week in advance.
