Welcoming and modern 50m² apartment located in La Baule-Escoublac which has 1 bedroom with a double bed separable into two single beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 terraces: one south-east sheltered from view where you can have lunch, the other west with a side sea view.
The independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, has a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Hairdryer, table and iron available.

The apartment is equipped with internet access via wifi and satellite TV. An outdoor parking space is at your disposal.

The apartment, located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, is located at the foot of Lajarrige avenue which has all food shops, a market 2 to 3 times a week depending on the season and several restaurants and crêperies.

To vary the pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Pouliguen.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine à 3 adultes, parfait pour aller à la plage ou se balader dans le coin: parking, quartier idéal, calme, appartement bien agencé, grand et traversant avec 2 petits balcons, propre. Accueil et remise des clefs top avec un personnel de Hoomy Location très à l'écoute.

Ce logement est très agréable et très bien placé, très proche de la plage. Le parking est un avantage supplémentaire. La literie est très bonne. Il pourrait y avoir quelques gros faitout car rien d'assez grand pour y cuire un tourteau par exemple.
