"The place is fine and the location is a good location, but we have a problem with the lights in the room that keep on going off during our stay when we were up and yet they keep on turning it on multiple times during the night when we were asleep therefore we had a bad bad stay we couldn’t sleep well we felt like in the morning we have been up and I think that is definitely not acceptable. I notify the front desk about it and they just say will notify management which in the sense didn’t help us at all because having the worst night unable to get some rest is not what we wanted to have in our trip."

"Breakfast was very poor value for money @ CHF26. Plenty of items available but the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. Expected better for approx £25…but that’s Switzerland pricing, I suppose"

The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely. "
