"The property was lovely, conveniently located in old Quebec with a view of Chateau Frontenac. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The downside is desk staff does not have full coverage. Even when they were there I could not get cream/milk for our in room coffee. Parking was offsite and a little confusing, there was a surcharge for that as well. All in all, it was nice and I would return. "

"We had a great stay at this accommodation. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite which is very much welcome after traveling almost the entire day from Toronto. It's a shame we did not get the name of the guy who checked us in. Our guess is he is the owner. Thank you so much. Very much appreciated!"

"I stayed 5 days and the entire experience was OUTSTANDING. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. The pool and sauna are first rate. Parking in the building with easy in and out during stay. Can't wait to plan another trip to Quebec. It is a beautiful, interesting, fun city."
