"Honestly the staff coulda had better customer service , out on vacation paying good money for a birthday trip . Having sassy attitude towards guest is not how we wanna start a trip . not even comfortable to go ask for a simple question at the front . I wasn’t the only one having issues with the staff it seemed . beautiful hotel but get better people at the front honestly ridiculous and no matter how beautiful your hotel was , your people ruined it and won’t come back"
