"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."

"Sarah the receptionist was smiling, patient, and so helpful. Next day (May 29) there was another lady who was rude, she should be replaced. Property is exceptional, location is superb, just a short walk to Antibes Rd and the beach. Every detail had been thought of, the accommodation did not lack anything! The bathroom was well equipped and even had a cooler/heater. Very clean. Definitely recommend!"

"From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"

"For the price Residence Bouttau is excellent value for money. It isn’t luxury but has everything you need for your stay with the added bonus of feeling like a resident of Cannes. Open the door and you’re in the heart of the oldest part of Cannes. Lots of lively restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment has very good sound proofing with air conditioning. 10 minute walk to ferry port, train station and La Croisette. Shopping, eating and drinking on your doorstep, including the excellent Marché...

"We stayed in a 4 bed duplex appt . The location is very good as it’s just off rue antibes which is the main shopping street in cannes with lots of lovely shops etc & lovely side roads off with a huge selection of restaurants, bakeries etc . It’s only a 5 min walk down to the seafront . Security is good and their are shutters to use on the windows . There is some noise at night because it is a busy area with people .
