"This apartment is truly a home away from home. The pictures on-line are nice. The view is better in person. The bed is more comfortable, than my bed at home. I will definitely get a firmer bed. My kids enjoyed the living room (spacious). The bedrooms are a good size. This had everything we could have needed, if we didn't bring. blow dryer, laundry room, iron' good bath soap etc. They really put thought into their guest stay. I appreciate that. It's about a 5 min walk to get a maxi or car on the main road to Hight street or Marabella (convenient). Mr. Wayne and his wife are welcoming. They are very easy to talk to, if you have questions. I will use them again, God willing next summer. "
"The Tradewinds (Formely Treehouse) is a really comfortable place to stay. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. It is ideally located for San Fernando and surrounding area by not being too far from the main roads. Altough it is in a quite location, the security is very good and we were well looked after. The Trellis resturant mirrors the hotel with great staff and good food at resonable prices. We will definitley be back. "
"It's really value for money. Big clean rooms breakfast was yummy. The amenities in the room was appreciated. Only 2 things there should be pool access from the building you shouldn't have to go outside and walk around the building. The ac in the room should have been 2 the room is big"

"This property was just as advertised. It was comfortable and inviting. Treston communicated with us to ensure we had everything we needed. If you do not have transport, you do have to walk out to get it, which we did not mind. Otherwise, the place did not disappoint at all. I would stay there again. "The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "
