Would happily return!

Stay was perfect for the short trip we needed. The children enjoyed the pool (and it wasn’t cold, as is often the case these days!), and rooms clean and comfortable. Would happily return!

We enjoyed our 3-day stay very much. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We used a small apartment, simple but well equipped and clean. We also loved the swimming pool. We will come back for sure. Thanks a lot again 👍

bel etablissement literie confortable. petit hic pour les lits superposés avec un grand barre en bois tranversale assez proche de la tete des enfants. petit dejeuner tres copieux diner au restaurant fin et delicat espace detente par contre qui ressemble plus a un piscine communale avec les enfants qui crient et qui squattent le jacuzzi alors qu il est interdit au moins de 12 ans personne agreable et a l ecoute

Restauration chaotique

Tout était bien sauf le soir. A 17h30 on nous annonce qu'il n'y a pas de place au restaurant de l'hôtel pour diner. Mais sans nous parler de service de restauration commanda le avant 18h ou sans nous dire qu'en semaine les rares restaurants sont soit fermés soit plein. Ça a été compliqué de trouver à se restaurer pour les enfants. C'est le manque d'information que je trouve le plus désolant. Le lendemain matin on m'a simplement dit "ah oui a la Bresse il y a peu de possibilités de restauration "

Très bon séjour, personnel accueillant et efficace. Résidence propre, appartement bien équipé, grande piscine et jacuzzi. Sauna et hammam mériteraient d'être allumé sur une plus grande plage horaire. Petit déjeuner correcte.

Plutôt sympa

Bon accueil, hôtel plutôt jolie, chambre spacieuse mais malheureusement sans clim et quant il fait chaud pas facile de dormir sauf en ouvrant les fenêtres en grand à condition que les nuits soit fraiche... Petit déjeuner correct, égal à tout les hôtels, parking privé plein, heureusement d'autres parking au alentour. La piscine est très grande et ça c'est top, manque juste un espace casier pour y mettre ses affaires perso pour pas se les faire voler. Personnels plutôt sympathique dans l'ensemble. Situation géographique assez sympa. Attention Pour moins cher, je suis déjà aller dans des 3 étoiles au présentation supérieur.

Séjour très reposant et déconnection totale. La restauration est excellente mais un petit bémol sur la pâtisserie ( qui est congelée) c’est dommage . J’aurais aimé être prévenu que la piscine était hors service car j’ai choisi cette établissement justement pour ça! Vu le prix j’aurai pu en choisir un autre….

Bon séjour en famille

Hôtel agréable, propre avec personnel sympathique. Nous avions une chambre triple mais le lit 1 personne était très dur. Les différentes activités proposées a l intérieur de l hôtel sont bien. L'espace piscine est super. Nous avons juste été déçu de ne pas avoir pu manger au restaurant qui était complet durant tout notre séjour. Même si cela nous a permis de trouver de supers restaurants tout proche.

Bien dans l'ensemble

Le séjour s'est plutôt bien passé. En revanche, il y a un manque de communication sur les activités pour les clients de l'hôtel. Les clients de la partie résidence sont bien mieux servis. Nous avons découvert à posteriori qu'il y avait une chasse aux trésors ou encore la possibilité de donner un cadeau au père Noël pour les enfants. Dommage. Petit bémol aussi sur la chambre. Nous pensions avoir une vraie chambre familiale. Mais les lits enfants étaient collés au nôtre. Il s'agissait plutôt d'un canapé transformé en lit superposé. Du coup, la chambre n'était pas aménagée pour 4. Il n'y avait pas assez de patères pour prendre les serviettes ni les peignoirs. Tout est resté humide pendant 4 jours Bon point pour l'espace spa et le terrain de squash.

personnel au top, de la reception aux serveuses et aux femmes de chambre. le sourire et la gentillesse. très bel hotel. chambre calme et déco sympa. petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et gouteux. j'essayerai de rester plus longtemps la prochaine fois pour profiter des prestations de bien être. Chouette hotel bien situé Par contre dommage davoir un restaurant dans l'hôtel et qu'il soit complet pour les occupants. Nous navons jamais ete prevenu que cetait complet et aucune solution trouvee a part reprendre la voiture pour aller manger.

Séjour mitigé. La restauration et le petit déjeuner rien à dire. Très bien. Par contre le système pour rendre l'appartement quand on est en résidence est lourd et indigne du prix et des 4 étoiles. Aucun effort pour nous faciliter le rendu des clés. J'ai dû faire plusieurs aller retour chronophages pour satisfaire l'accueil alors que mes enfants avaient hâte d'aller profiter des sports d'hiver.
