"This is a stunning hotel location. Our family room had a balcony overlooking the sea. Must have been newly renovated and was beautiful. The staff were kind and helpful and breakfast buffet was good."

"This is the worst holiday experience I have ever had, the apartment I booked for my daughter and family had a balcony which was unusable due to pigeon droppings, the bath had been repainted and was pealing and then to cap it all my 2 grandchildren were gassed due the a leak from the AC unit…"
